Nutrition: Mock Virtual Conference
Curated February 2023
One morning it occurred to me that the foodhealing project presents me with a unique opportunity, an opportunity to curate a nutrition conference with presentations from the most esteemed educators without any financial or logistical barriers. This is something unique to this project and personally exciting for me. So, here it is – my curation of a mock virtual nutrition conference.
Each of the carefully selected educators has an important message to share. I hope you enjoy their presentations.
